How I Work

I work with a small number of clients at a time, usually on an ongoing retainer basis. That means you get a consistent partner who understands your systems from launch through ongoing support.

Every project includes clear documentation so you or anyone else can understand how things work. If we stop working together, you'll have everything you need for a smooth handoff, including clear and portable documentation for your team or any future partner.
